NFT Drops for Play-to-Earn Game HexaHero and MetaGaia Successful as Consumers Prefer Blockchain Metaverse

Blockchain technology company Advokate Group today announced its first two Hero NFT pre-sale drops were tremendously successful as consumers prefer a metaverse on the decentralized blockchain. Advokate is also announcing the public sale of the remaining 1,200 Striker and Sniper Hero NFTs is now live at MetaGaia, each minting for 0.88 SOL. The two presale drops saw 600 Hero NFTs sold out within hours. Hero NFTs minted during the pre-sale drops have since re-sold on Magic Eden for as much as 11 SOL (US$988).

One reason for the success of the NFT drops is consumers want a decentralized metaverse. Over three quarters (77%) of consumers are against Facebook owning metaverse data, with 87% preferring a metaverse on the decentralized blockchain, according to a new survey of 1,000 U.S. consumers commissioned by Advokate Group. This sentiment was even more pronounced among Gen Z respondents who were 10% more likely to prefer a blockchain metaverse than their Millennial counterparts.

Each of the unique Striker and Sniper Hero NFTs being minted can be used as an avatar in the Solana-based metaverse MetaGaia and a character for HexaHero, a play-to-earn robot strategy game where opponents battle to earn crypto.
